Job Description
- Collaborate with customers to assess training needs and match them with eLearning solutions, user adoption tools, and custom action plans for successful implementation.
- Design and deliver process-based, high-quality training tailored to NetSuite best practices across diverse industries.
- Conduct webinars and workshops to guide customers through advanced NetSuite processes and functions.
- Partner with NetSuite Professional Services teams to align training strategies with implementation goals, ensuring optimal user adoption.
- Deliver additional services, including Train the Trainer, Pre-UAT Training, and Post Go-Live Support.
- Mentor team members and provide insights for continuous improvement in training delivery and processes.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for training and customer success
- Expertise in any ERP system
- Background in Finance would be advantageous
- Prior experience developing and delivering learning materials (written and eLearning) would be advantageous
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and change management
What Youll Achieve:
- Master the NetSuite application across functional areas to address customer learning needs effectively.
- Implement change management and user adoption strategies that maximize training impact.
- Own multiple concurrent training projects, delivering results on time and within scope.
- Actively contribute to the development of new offerings and process improvements.
