- Employee Life Cycle and Employee Record:
- Ensuring seamless on boarding process and experience is provided across location and practices.
- Ensuring timely employee confirmations process is followed, update and track employee salary changes and promotions
- Administration of Leave and Attendance management
- Article administration
- Ensuring timely and smooth employee separations process is followed
- Compensation and Benefits
- Provide real time compensation data for all staff upto Associate Director/Principal.
- Ensure article stipend revision is recording and advised in payroll.
- Preparation of monthly payroll file and ensuring error free input is provided to accounts team.
- PF/ESIC administration in coordination with Accounts team/consultant
- Ensure PF forms (Declaration / withdrawal / transfer) are submitted on timely basis
- Ensure ESIC forms are sent to consultant and TIC/MAC are issued to employees
- Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Aim to reduce the attrition % of the practice by developing innovating engagement ideas.
- Ensure high Employee Engagement level of the staff at department level.
- Conduct forums like people connect, stay interviews, one on one, location visit, floor time etc
- Support team member in developing the engagement calendar.
- Support and provide inputs on managing disciplinary issues.
- Handling employee grievances and concerns
- Performance Management:
- Planning and executing Annual and Mid-Year Appraisal plan as per defined timelines.
- Facilitate and ensure goal setting of newly hired AM+ staff are in place for defined practices.
- Facilitate in administering PIP for key practices to help address performance issues in a formal manner.
- Learning and Development
- Designing and executing training and development program based on the practice needs.
- Develop effective Induction programs, devise in-house training modules.
- Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met and tracked.
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
- Automation and Analytics:
- HRMS implementation and administration.
- Generating and analyzing key reports for leadership.
- Prepare, analyse and present internal review presentations
- Periodic dashboard to the business
