Executive/Sr Executive - TSD Process Safety

Role & responsibilities

Process Safety Engineer will be responsible for performing detailed thermal analysis to identify the hazard associated with process.

He should be maintaining the required SOP's for process safety equipment.

Should be well versed in handling of Reaction Calorimetry, RSD, and Powder Safety analysis.

Should be able to record the events occurred during the analysis and provide optimum solutions to avoid / mitigate the hazard.

Appropriate documentation / report should be prepared and necessary recommendations should be captured to enable to ensure safe operation.

Maintaining of inventory related to the process safety equipment like consumables and spares.

Should maintain GLP standards.

Coordinating with site teams for any required studies of commercial products.
