Senior Executive - Pharmacy
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
- To Ensure achievement of strategic objectives- Revenue, cost and service
- Inventory Management- ensure availability of stocks at pharmacy
- Accuracy of stocks between system & physical.
- Compliance Monitoring on Pharmacy
- Ensure smooth functioning of Pharmacy department
- Ensure PTC meetings are conducted as per TOR and discussion points are closed and implemented
- Implementation of SOP
- Ensure proper storage (managing cold storage, LASA, segregation of expiry drugs, manage high alert drugs, Managing Narcotic and scheduled drugs)
