Job Description
- Should have fair understanding of process development / Analytical method development
- Should have better understanding of GLP practices.
- For CRD: Should have fair experience on solvent recovery, Cost reduction, Trouble shooting.
- Should have experience to plan experiment & good observation skill.
- Should have experience compiling data as well as analyzed data & draw the conclusion.
- Should have scale up experience.
- Should have understanding HAZOP & interpret the MSDS
- For ADL: Should have experience in handling analytical instruments like HPLC, GC-HS, Karl Fischer, Various Titration.
- To plan for the DMF validation batch in plant and ensure that all the predefined samples and other CGMP compliance is adhere while doing the validation batch
- Should have experience in qualifying impurities & working standard.
- To observe the initial scale batch critically and de bottle neck problems face in the plant
- To act as a tool between QC.QA & R&D to absorb the technology from lab to plant.
- Should have experience to prepare SOP.
