Sr Executive - Finance & Accounts

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to taxation (GST), TDS returns filing, and other regulatory matters.
  
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in profitability.

• Day to day accounting activities, includes booking of purchase invoices, process for payment, booking of payments from customers and bank reconciliation.

• Co-ordination with vendor & customer for account reconciliation.

• Assist in month end accounts closing activity and preparation of MIS report.

• To assist in other plant finance & accounts related activities, which includes physical verification of inventory & fixed asset, and any other task assign by reporting Manager.

• Statutory compliances, like monthly & annually GST returns, payment of GST & TDS liability.

Maintain fixed assets register and calculation of depreciation as per companies act.
