We deliver custom build products, precision parts, and sub-assemblies to OEMs with the help of in-house engineering experts, and 400+ certified manufacturing suppliers.On this quest to transform manufacturing, we know that our greatest asset is our team.
We are looking for a supply chain professional who is keen to build India s foremost manufacturing services brand and be a part of the team to realize the vision for #MakeInIndia together.
Responsibilities:
  • RFP Phase: Evaluate and support BD for timely response to RFPs to win orders. Perform Pre Engineering Feasibility,Process definition,Estimation Quote Evaluation
  • FAI / PPAP Management :
  • Configuration Management Create engineering documents (Aligned with APQP Phase 3 (PPAP ).
  • Process Evaluation at suppliers ensure Quality,Reliability, through development/ review of Manufacturing Methods, tooling Methods, CNC Programme, pfd and pFMEA and approve Manufacturing engineering instructions and process sheets along with QA. The CCP develop plans aligned with the customer requirement and pFMEA Recommend necessary tooling and inspection methods.
  • PPAP Support NPI/NPD team to deliver on FAIs and till industrialisation is complete
  • Value Engineering: Identify, recommend, and implement improvements and modifications in sequence of operations, equipment utilization to increase efficiency and cost savings.
  • Team Management Be a mentor providing technical leadership/training and/or coaching to other team members. Train and Develop and MEs to support the above
  • Effective Communication with stakeholders. Managing information regarding project status, highlighting issues and potential risks.
  • Compliance Ensure compliance across all stakeholders with regard to processes regulatory policies
    • Qualifications:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of technical principles.
  • Hands-on experience in Machining Fabrication, Heat Treatment, Surface Treatment and Inspection would be preferred.
  • 14+ years of experience.
  • Good hands-on knowledge of the PPAP process PFD, pFMEA, CCP MSA etc.
  • Experience in the APQP Minimum Phase 3.
  • Knowledge of NCR analysis and CAPA.
  • Proactive, attention to detail with experience in project management.
