Engineer / Senior Engineer

1. Have experience in development of die cut, child parts for Samsung, Oppo , Vivo , Xiaomi,

2. Have good knowledge of die cut main materials, Top release & Base liner

3. Knowledge of tooling designs for flatbed and rotary die cut.

4. Create DFM for mobile phone die cut parts.

5. Freeze BOM for die cut parts.

6. Manage and verify NPI documents (Drawing, DFM, PCC and Tool design).

7. Cost break down for child parts.

8. Prepare MIL and FACA for NPI trials and customer complains.

9. To coordinate with the concerned department for new developments and quality-related issues.

10. To solve process-related issues to achieve a higher yield.

11. Can handle a team of 20 members.

12. Able to handle and manage NPI build for mobile phone child parts. Role & responsibilities
