Senior Engineer - Hardware Design

Role & responsibilities

• Follow defined development processes & maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Understand and analyse system requirements in detail and derive functional design specifications.
• Design circuits and check functionality using available simulation tools
• Design electronics/systems to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards.
• Identify and recommend system improvements to improve technical performance.
• Work collaboratively with global R&D (Switzerland) & with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in interactions with all levels of personnel with local and global teams.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Contribute to preparation of departmental goals and creating implementation plans. Implement process improvement.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching to team members.
• Provide expert advice to other engineers on technical problems.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification - Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Electronics/ E&TC / Instrumentation engineering.

Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills in English.

Result oriented must deliver results & have sense of urgency to deliver tasks on time.
