Job Description
- Client Specification & Approved Drawing.
- Material Verification & Review of Mill Test Certificates.
- Co-ordination: Coordinating inspection activities at workshop keeping a track of progress and updating the same to client.
- Witnessing NDT and performing visual examinations
- Study and interpretation of fabrication drawings, shop drawings, Weld map and symbols
- Surveillance during welding to ensure the use of approved welding parameters.
- Ensures that all the measurement instruments are correctly managed and calibrated
- Raising Non-Conformity (NCR) Report for all defective materials. and resolving the same.
- Maintaining welding inspection/NDT reports and record tracking.
- Verification of quantities shipped, including proper packing and identification marking.
- Monitor safety measures & safety practices to ensure accident-free working to improve safety and Productivity
