Senior Engineer - SMT

Role & responsibilities

Ensure the Production Daily, Weekly and Monthly as per Planning. Prioritising tasks based on daily operational plans. Receiving XY & BOM related Documents from Engineering Team and Start the Programming activities. As per daily Production Plan we received Kit from Store and start the Kitting activity. As per BOM & Programming offered to Quality to ensure the all Customers requirements ensured or Not. Once Complete these Machine offered to Loading. As per the Programming Machine is Loaded in to the Particular Components than offered to Quality Verifications. Once the Quality Machine Verification Complete & there is No issues Machine offered to Production. If discrepancy found Reporting to Corresponding departments. SMT Pick & Place Complete boards offered to Quality to ensure the all Mounts and send through Re flow. Re flow Profile has set as per Customer Specification/Standards. After Completing the Re flow Process Boards offered to Post Reflow Inspection/AOI Inspection than Boards offered to X-Ray Inspection. All the above mention operations are Complete form SMT Boards offered to THT Process. If any Rework or other issues will resolved in SMT Stage itself. Ensure the Production as per Schedule & Quality Products Deliver to Customers. Maintain the Production related Documents & report to Top Managements. Responsible for Production Engineer, Junior Engineer, GET, DET, Operators & Apprentice. Also maintain and improve the day-to-day activities to meet or exceed the department's KPI's.
