Job Description
- Supervise the transmission line civil activities, tower erection and conductor stringing activities independently.
- Implementing the designs, procedures and drawings at the site
- Review site progress/performance reports and suggest for improvements
- Ensure implementation of Quality requirements at the site
- Prepare a plan for major crossings and coordinate with respective authorities for obtaining approvals.
- Coordinate with various statutory bodies/ agencies on behalf of the site team
- Make sure the contractor shall comply with all statutory compliances
- Implement Axis Energy/ABC Renewable Energy HSE rules at the site
- Qualified Electrical engineer with min 4 years of proven experience in relevant field
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project)
- Strong knowledge about renewable energy sector specifically.
- Techno commercial understanding of renewable projects & compliance.
- Ability to communicate to effectively to various stakeholders including senior management.
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills.
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Team work & Team management
- Passionate about delivering consistent excellence
- Effective, versatile and action oriented.
- Ability to assertively and confidently approach business leaders, external & internal stakeholders to communicate necessary information.
- Demonstrate commitment and drive to set and meet high standards and objectives.
- High integrity & personal standards of behavior and ability to develop credibility.
- Zeal to constantly learn and upgrade new skills.
