Xilligence - Senior .Net Developer (8-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. The candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly with .NET Core, Azure cloud technologies, SQL Server, and React. As a senior developer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality code, solving complex technical challenges, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core, React.js, and SQL Server.

- Utilize Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage) to build and deploy scalable cloud-based solutions.

- Implement and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database designs to ensure efficient data handling.

- Collaborate with front-end teams to implement React.js components and enhance user interfaces.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong focus on performance and scalability.

- Leverage Git for version control and participate in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

- Develop and execute unit tests using frameworks like xUnit, NUnit (for .NET) and Jest (for React) to ensure the stability and reliability of the application.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design software architecture, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and share knowledge on best practices in software design and development.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software development, cloud technologies, and React.js.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on .NET Core, Azure, SQL Server, and React.

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage.

- Solid understanding of SQL Server, including experience with stored procedures, query optimization, and database design.

- Proficiency in React.js and front-end technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux).

- Extensive experience with Git and version control systems.

- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jest) for both .NET and React.

- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, microservices, SOLID principles).

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a passion for writing clean, efficient code.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

- A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment in Azure.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with API design and integration (REST, GraphQL).

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools in the Azure ecosystem.
