Job Purpose  
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst/lead to join our Information Security team. This role will focus on managing various security technologies, including Application Monitoring, File Integrity Monitoring, Network Behavior Anomaly Detection (NBAD), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and other essential security tools. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding our applications and data from potential threats.    

Required Qualifications and Experience  
a) Qualifications

 Post Graduates with relevant information Security experience of 5-8 years (also graduates with experience of 8-10 years may apply)

 Valid CEH, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Azure Networking Solutions Associate (any of the 2 certifications)

 Valid certificate of any of cloud providers in Administrator or Practitioner
b) Work Experience

 Strong understanding of security concepts and technologies, including EDR, Firewall, WAF, NBAD, and file integrity monitoring.

 Hands on experience on EDR, Firewall, WAF, NBAD, and file integrity monitoring etc. in mid to large segment organisation.

 Understanding on OSI model & analytical skill to troubleshoot issues referring OSI model.

 Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, OWASP, NIST).

 Experience with cloud security tools (CSPM, CWPP, CNAP) and architectures.

 Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.

 Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP) are a plus.

 Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.

 Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.

 Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

 Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.

 Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

 Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
