- Lead the gold loan customer service team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of gold loan transactions, including appraisal, approval, and disbursement.
- Handle escalated customer issues related to gold loans and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures for gold loans.
- Monitor gold loan performance metrics and report findings to senior management.
- Train and mentor customer service staff to enhance their skills and performance.
