Senior Content Writer

We're hiring a Senior Content Writer who will be the content protagonist at Zymr and become a pivotal figure in fueling our marketing efforts to the next level. You would focus on conceptualizing and translating technical concepts into customer-facing narratives. You will need to identify the blind spots on our customer journey and create stories that promote our digital solutions to global enterprises and Independent Software Vendors. You will deliver end-to-end marketing collaterals to boost demand generation activities and enhance brand equity.

Required Experience: 7+ years

Job Location: Pune (Work from Office).

Educational Qualifications: A graduate degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Creation:
• Develop high-quality, engaging, and targeted content, including blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, and landing pages.
• Own and enhance content for software services like DevOps, AI/ML, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Craft thought leadership content aligned with business goals to resonate with C-level and technical audiences.
• SEO & Content Optimization:
• Develop content optimized for SEO while maintaining clarity, relevance, and originality.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with content strategy and audience intent.
• Content Quality & Governance:
• Edit and proofread content to maintain Zymrs tone of voice and adhere to American English writing standards.
• Ensure technical accuracy and storytelling finesse for technology-driven topics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with SMEs, marketing, and design teams to develop compelling assets.
• Support campaigns, webinars, email copy, and thought leadership materials.
• Research & Innovation:
• Stay updated on software service trends (AI, DevOps, cloud, testing) to produce relevant, future-ready content.
• Mentor junior writers and guide content production quality.

Requirements: 

• 7+ years of experience in content writing, particularly in technology/software services.
• Excellent writing and storytelling abilities with a strong grasp of American English grammar and style.
• Deep understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital content trends.
• Experience in creating content for complex technology solutions (e.g., AI/ML, cloud, DevOps).
• Strong research skills and ability to simplify technical jargon for varied audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs under deadlines.
