Job Title : Microsoft Power Automate - Senior Consultant
Nature of Job (Type of employment): Permanent
Location : Bengaluru/ Mumbai
The Opportunity :
We are looking for an experienced Power Automate Consultant to join our Agentic AI team! In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific business needs, design tailored solutions, and productionize using the Microsoft Power Platform.
We believe the following skills will help you be successful :
Technical Competencies :
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, including advanced flow development, power automate desktop and cloud integration[AA1] , troubleshooting, and configuration of unattended bots.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Experience in developing solutions using a combination of automation technologies such as Power Platform, AI/ML, and RPA.
- Ability to use Custom APIs to build integrations with industry-standard business platforms.
- Excellent understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Portals.
- Proficiency in creating custom connectors.
- Expert knowledge of RPA best practices, security protocols, and data privacy standards.
Professional Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience :
- Overall 7 years of total experience, including at least 2-3 years of Power Automate development.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Power Platform PL500 is a must and PL600 will be a plus
This is what you will do :
- Collaborate with clients to understand their workflow requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
- Design and develop scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Build data models, create forms, develop workflows, and design user interfaces using Power Apps.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of Power Platform solutions to ensure they meet best practices.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and documentation activities.
- Create custom connectors to connect Power Automate with various services and data sources.
- Work with stakeholders to define triggers, actions, and conditions within flows.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing flows to ensure reliability and performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on using Power Automate effectively.
