Sr Executive - Business Development

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Business Development Manager to drive our expansion efforts in the botanic healthcare sector
• The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international markets, strong business acumen, and a passion for promoting botanical-based health solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in target international markets
• Develop strategic business plans and market entry strategies to capitalize on identified opportunities and achieve sustainable growth
• Business Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships, distributorships, and alliances with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, healthcare professionals, and government agencies
• Negotiate and finalize agreements that align with the company's objectives and ensure mutual benefit for all parties involved
• Product Launch and Expansion: Lead the planning and execution of product launches in new international markets, ensuring successful market entry and penetration
• Drive product expansion initiatives by identifying new product opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and collaborating with R&D and regulatory teams to bring products to market
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, acting as the primary point of contact for international business inquiries and collaborations
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to ensure alignment with the company's brand values, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future action

Requirements Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in International Business Development, preferably in the herbal/nutraceutical industry or related healthcare sector
• Proven track record of successfully expanding into new international markets and achieving sales targets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and formulate actionable strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
