Business Analyst role at IBSFINtech is a focused and experienced professional responsible for supporting our enterprise customers globally for IBSFINtech's Treasury & Trade Finance product portfolio.

Role & Resonsibilities

• Ability to analyze business requirements, create functional designs and test the system software.
• Ability to build functional knowledge in the assigned financial systems and understand how they integrate with other applications or areas within the company.
• Design & develop high-level functional requirements for new development and enhancements of products.
• Excellent communication skills, consistency and ease in discussions with leadership team of Corporate and in-house development teams.
• Demonstrated understanding of solution architecture of Treasury, Trade Finance, BFSI applications and mapping it to the corporate system landscape.
• Validate project deliverables against requirements
• Serve as a consultant to customers, providing insight on product features and benefits.
• Responsible for Project reports, Dashboards and Presentation
• Assist with the translation and communication of project requirements for business case document with existing business data and determine how to improve existing business processes.
• Should be able to handle teams
• Ability to mentor junior members of the team.

Experience:

• 10 to15 years in Banking industry
• Experience in any of these modules:

Trade Finance, Import Export, Bank Guarantee, Open accounts, EDPM (Regulatory), Discounting (LCBD)
