Job Description :

- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to convert business requirements into operational deliverables to meet business objectives.

- Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Have experience in API integration.

- Have experience in story writing, and test case writing.

- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and technical specification documentation to define the requirements.

- Work with the development and testing team to ensure that the requirements are met.

- Experience in following the Agile Methodology process.

- Communicate and escalate if any risks and issues arise or deliverables cannot be met and request assistance to ensure closure of issues.

- Experience with writing systems/technical specification documents, conducting BA walk-throughs, and user-story grooming is essential.

- Broad understanding of business practices and processes.

Primary skills : Minimum 8 years experience in a Business Analyst role.

Personal Attributes Needed :

- Possess excellent Communication skills (written, verbal both formal & informal).

- Helps to create a positive, collaborative working environment for the team.

- If required, train and mentor junior team-members.

- Quick grasping and flexibility to adapt to new technologies/processes.

- Should be able to write formal communication emails to clients.

- Should be able to resolve workspace conflicts if managing a team.

- Self-Driven and Ability to manage pressure.
