Senior Business Analyst - Service Enablement Analytics

We re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and dash boarding who can build informed decisions from data. You will have a background in applied statistics or a related quantitative field, will have the acumen in customer support analytics or customer analytics, will have experience delivering data visualisation solutions and business insights, and will have experience engaging with partners. You are focused on impact, and have experience in building data tooling and insights to guide understanding, progression for large organisations.
