Senior Brand Manager
Key Deliverables in this role:
1. Digital Content Strategy:
- Understand brand objectives and translate them into a platform-specific and data-driven digital strategy.
- Defining content buckets to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions across social media, e-commerce, and off platform channels.
- Develop brand specific content strategy leveraging influencers, AI-driven insights, and emerging formats (Reels, Shorts, Live shopping) to maximize reach and impact.
2. E-Commerce Content Excellence:
- Optimize A+ and B+ content across e-commerce and digital platforms to enhance product storytelling, improve discoverability, and drive higher conversions.
- Lead an always-on content approach, integrating organic, influencer, and interactive content to keep audiences engaged and build brand affinity.
- Define KPIs, track digital performance through analytics and social listening, and continuously refine content based on platform trends, audience insights, and business goals.
3. Digital Campaigns & Performance Marketing:
- Develop and execute high-impact content strategies across PR, influencer collaborations, trade marketing, and experiential activations to strengthen brand presence beyond digital platforms
- Plan and optimize integrated media campaigns across TV, print, OOH, digital, and retail media, ensuring a seamless consumer journey and message consistency
- Align ATL, BTL, and digital efforts to create cohesive storytelling across touchpoints, driving both brand awareness and business impact.
4. Consumer Insights & Trend Spotting for NPD:
- Stay ahead of trending content formats, consumer behavior shifts, and platform innovations to ensure brand remains digitally relevant.
- Continuously scan market trends, consumer insights, and white spaces to identify opportunities for new products, formats, and experiences that align with brand strategy
- Use first-party and third-party data insights to tailor content and improve audience targeting.
5. Stakeholder & Agency Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, sales, R&D, and external agencies, to execute high-impact digital campaigns.
- Manage creative and content production agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Work closely with the legal and regulatory teams to ensure all digital content meets compliance guidelines.
Critical success factors for the Role:
- 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or e-commerce marketing (preferably in FMCG or D2C brands).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content performance metrics, and platform-specific best practices.
- Content creator mindset, someone who has built and scaled brand across digital channels.
- Hands-on experience with content management tools, analytics dashboards, and AI-driven content optimization. (tools)
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and agencies in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and creativity in content execution.
