Senior Brand Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies to establish and elevate the brands position in the haircare market.
• Define and manage the brands unique selling points and product positioning based on consumer insights and market trends.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of haircare products, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with the brands strategic objectives.
• Manage product portfolio, optimizing SKU performance and rationalization.
• Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement.
• Develop and manage promotional strategies, seasonal campaigns, and in-store activations.
• Work closely with the product development, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and consistent brand messaging.
• Manage agency relationships, including creative, media, and research agencies, to execute effective marketing initiatives.
• Manage brand P&L, ensuring that marketing strategies align with financial goals and deliver on ROI.
• Oversee budget allocation and control expenses related to brand activities and campaigns.
• Track key performance metrics, evaluate brand performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Present regular updates and reports to senior management on brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6-8 years of experience in brand management, specifically within the FMCG, personal care, or haircare industry.
• MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing or related field from a reputed institution.
• Demonstrated success in managing brand portfolios, developing successful marketing strategies, and launching new products in the beauty or haircare space.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights to shape brand strategy.
