Senior Branch Manager (GB5 A)

1. Responsible for driving New business of assigned vertical

2. Ensuring the profitability and improving the profitability by identifying opportunities, increasing the business volumes and keeping the cost under control.

3. Product mix with focus on term/protection business portfolio

4. Target & goal setting for SMs in achieving the agreed business target.

5. Counseling them at regular intervals to indentify deviation and ensure path correction. Mentor them to ensure that they are effective in their assigned roles and are groomed for future responsibilities in due course.

6. Strategize for and train team members for their growth plan and earning

7. Driving data efficiency and deliver required conversion numbers.

8. To organize effective product launches, sales campaigns and training to ensure that required awareness, knowledge and skill is imparted to all members of sales team.

9. Adhering to regulatory requirements, monitoring quality of business, audit and compliance of sales and backend process.

Organize and conduct worksites across corporates and drive business insurance within team.
