Senior Bench Sales Recruiter

*You will play a vital role in identifying and securing job opportunities for consultants who are currently on the bench.
*Posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements and finding requirements for them through other resources.
*Knowledge on US Bench sales experience in US IT staffing to market H1B/OPT consultants.
*Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales, and recruitment process.
*Must have experience or willing to market OPT candidates.
*Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision. Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT) with vendors or Direct Clients.
*Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
