Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and performance of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive quality initiatives throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities - 5 + Years Experience
1. Expertise in Web automation using Java Selenium
2. Strong hands-on experience in BDD TestNG framework
3. Strong hands-on experience in API using RestAssured
4. Exposure Mobile Automation Testing (Appium) will be added advantages
5. Should have good knowledge on BFS

- Test Automation Strategy: Develop and implement robust test automation strategies that align with the overall QA objectives.
- Automation Framework Development: Design and build scalable, reusable automation frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies.
- Test Script Development: Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring timely feedback on code quality.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior test engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Test Case Design: Analyze requirements and specifications to design comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
- Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring proper communication with development teams.
- Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing to assess system behavior under stress.
- Reporting: Generate detailed test reports and metrics to provide visibility into testing progress and quality status.
- Tool Evaluation: Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies, evaluating and recommending new tools to improve efficiency.
