Senior Associate

Job Purpose

Managing day to day bank related matters, DP accounts, Investments, documentation work for account opening & KYC, sale/ purchase/ execution of shares transactions, settlement of transactions, ensuring compliance TDS, GST, Income Tax, coordinating with third parties, handling of Loans taken from banks, prepare & Submitting MIS, Finance & accounts.

Key Accountabilities

1. Day to day bank related matter & DP accounts - Review and analyzing the day to day bank related matter & DP accounts
2. Documentation work for account opening & KYC compliances -Review and complete the documentation work for account opening & KYC compliances
3. Sale/ Purchase/ Execution of shares transactions - Do the transaction related to sale / purchase / execution of shares
4. Settlement of transactions - Review and complete the settlement of transaction
5. Monitoring and ensuring compliance - Monitoring and ensuring compliance related to TDS / GST/ Income Tax / DP accounts / PMS / AIFs etc.
6. Coordinating with third parties - Interact with third parties and coordinating for completion of transaction / documentation
7. Handling of Loans taken from banks - Coordinating and handling the loan taken from banks / Financial institutions
8. Preparing the MIS and submitting to superior - Submission of MIS statements within the timelines fixed to superiors

Qualification

• M.Com./ B.Com., / CA Inter, with good knowledge on Tally, word, Excel and analytical knowledge on Investment, Banking and Finance and Accounting

Experience

• Relevant experience : Minimum 3-5 years in Finance and accounting and analysis
• Total experience : 3-5 years plus
