Primary Skills needed

• 3+ years in building and architecting enterprise and consumer grade applications
• Demonstrable Computer science fundamentals, object-oriented design, and Java programming
• Large scale SaaS/PaaS based cloud native enterprise application development experience is highly desired
  
  
• Work in an Agile devops continuous delivery deployment environment with geographically distributed teams is highly desired
  
  
• Strong full stack Programming experience in Java, Java Script, Oracle RDBMS (SQL and NOSQL) is highly desired
• Very good understanding of Micro-services based architecture, working knowledge in Docker and Kubernetes is highly desired
• Good experience in CICD processes and tools like Jenkins and Git is highly desired
  
  
• Working experience on Web & Mobile GUI development Tools/Frameworks (Angular, react, OJet) is desirable
  
  
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Automation & tool development for monitoring & managing large-scale systems is a plus
• Ability to work creatively and analytically using data-driven decision-making to improve customer experience
  
  
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, with proven success in contributing in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  
  
• Self-motivated and self-driven, continuously learning and capable of working independently
  
  

Having the below skills would be an added advantage:-

• Functional knowledge and product architecture of financial ERP products
• Exposure or working experience with the Helidon microservices framework, Oracle JET, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• A good understanding of big data technologies (spark, data flow, etc)

Other supporting skills:-

• Infrastructure as code, such as Terraform, Helm, etc
• Linux, Build tools (maven, grunt, gulp, npm, etc), Git, etc
• Well-versed with application life-cycle management for cloud-based applications
• Good exposure to the DevOps/CICD model
• Experience in Agile methodologies and Release management techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across geographies, I

As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications

Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture

Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs

Build and execute unit tests and unit plans

Review integration and regression test plans created by QA

Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products
