Position: Sr Analyst- Graphic Designer

Location: Gurgaon

Shift Timings: 12 PM to 9 PM (IST)

Overall purpose of job:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for bringing stories and abstract ideas to life across a variety of media, both digital and traditional. You will leverage your skills in storytelling, graphic design, and document design to create beautiful, informative, and comprehensive presentations that excite and delight both internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities:

Manage your timelines to ensure tight delivery deadlines can be met.

You will deliver timely work to teams and effectively communicate about needs and challenges as they arise.

Collaborate with non-Designers, who may only have a vague understanding of their need, to co-create a plan for executing a quality presentation.

Source and manage licenses for images, icons, etc., and edit as needed.

You will utilize templates created by our in-house Designers and at times, create your own. You will apply these designs effectively across many different formats, always ensuring cohesiveness and efficiency.

Update all assets to the central creative hub

You will maintain a responsible, go-getter attitude

Able to work autonomously and simultaneously on multiple projects at the same time

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in leading marketing strategy and brand recognition with editorial or digital production

Bachelors or Masters degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Portfolio of creative leading to brand and/or business successes

Proficiency designing across all digital channels (web, email, video/social, digital)

Expert level experience in working with Adobe Creative Cloud including After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Zeplin, PowerPoint, Jira or similar

Video Editing or a similar role for 2 to 5 years (some knowledge of 2D & 3D - with experience using 3D software like Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.)

Digital Design Experience: Experience creating graphics, banners, website and digital assets for marketing campaigns.

Experience creating graphics that visualize B2B complex concepts into a simplified and easy to understand story
