Senior Analyst - Instrumentation (Nutraceutical)

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Nutraceutical analysis, Vitamins etc... by HPLC / LCMS.
• Preparation and maintenance of Reference standards in Laboratory.
• Maintain the control of technical records as per requirements; ensure all the tests are performed by correct method and specification in the department.
• Responsible to implement test methods/process/audit as per regulatory guidelines
• Ensure validation data & calibration of all instruments (Internal and External), chemical, consumable, Glasswares etc.).
• Thorough Knowledge of guidelines and Methods, guidelines of validations.
• Should have handling and Troubleshooting Experience of HPLC / LCMS (Should Handles LCMS makes like Agilent/Waters)
• Responsible to maintain Quality Management System in Section (Maintain QC/ILC/PT data)
• Responsible for calibration of glassware, micropipette, and analytical balance.
• Ensuring accuracy of calculations, reproducibility of test result.
• Support in identifying needs for skill development.
• To face regulatory and customer audits in the lab
• Responsible to maintain Quality Management System in Section
• Calculation of the UOM for the tests in their respective departments.
• Implementation of ISO 17025 Quality System as applicable in the laboratory

Preferred candidate profile

The Sr. Analyst in HPLC / LCMS Section Preferred should have rich experience in Analysis of Vitamins, Nutraceutical parameters ….

• To develop test methods as per clients specification and requirement.
• Correctness of the analytical results
• Validation of Methods and calibration and maintenance of equipment
