KreditBee - Senior Analyst - Python/SQL (1-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze complex business problems using advanced analytical and statistical techniques.

- Translate business requirements into actionable insights by leveraging Python, SQL, and Excel.

- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

- Drive product understanding and strategy through data-driven insights.

- Apply a hacking mindset to quickly identify and implement effective solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators and track business performance.

Skills & Competencies :

- Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Python, SQL, and advanced Excel.

- Mathematical Aptitude : Excellent quantitative and statistical analysis skills - logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, etc.

- Problem-Solving : Ability to approach business problems with structured thinking and analytical rigor.

- Product Understanding : Strong grasp of product development and business impact assessment.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset : Demonstrated ability to own and execute initiatives independently.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 engineering college (IIT, NIT, BITS, etc.) or an undergraduate degree in Statistics/Mathematics from premier institutes like ISI/CMI.

- Postgraduate degree in Statistics/Business Analytics or similar programs from top universities (IIT, Delhi University, Jadavpur University) - preferred but not mandatory.

- MBA degree focused on business analytics from tier-I and tier-II B-schools - preferred but not mandatory.

Background :

- Experience with leading analytics or consulting firms.

- Previous roles in startups (Series A/B funded) where data-driven business impact was demonstrated.
