Job Description
- Design, configuration, and customization of Workday Absence management and HCM to meet specific business needs.
- Collaborate with HR Business stakeholders to gather business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable Workday solutions.
- Assist with testing and deploying Workday updates and enhancements.
- Participate in system audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
- Document processes and provide training to end-users to ensure system adoption.
- identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve efficiency and system stability.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, security protocols, and data privacy regulations in all Workday activities.
Why you
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Workday with strong functional and technical knowledge of Workday Absence Management (configuration knowledge is required).
- Solid knowledge managing Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) related tasks.
- Experience managing data, system configuration, and customization within Workday.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and delivering timely solutions.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that align with business goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday Absence Management certification is highly desirable.
- Exposure in Hands-on knowledge in any of these Workday areas is a plus: Talent Performance and Recruitment.
- Familiarity with data security, compliance, and governance as it pertains to HR and financial data.
- Experience in a large, global organization or a consulting environment.
