Job Description
- Welcoming clients in a friendly and professional way as they walk-in and exit the sales office.
- Filling up the walk-ins form of clients.
- Assigning a sales manager as approved by the site head.
- Handling booked clients and concern in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintaining the stock of Pantry and stationery.
- Ensure clients are attended on Time.
- Assist the sales team with all required documents.
- Maintain database and MIS.
- Coordination with House- keeping and Pantry.
- Making Tea/coffee arrangements for guest/ walk-in clients.
- Maintaining the basic Hygiene system at site and responsible to
- upkeep of the sales office for better customer experience
- Maintain the marketing collaterals & all support documents at site.
- Coordinating and multitasking job duties in a busy environment.
