Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager who will be responsible for sourcing business through bulk sales to large housing projects. The Sales Manager will engage directly with builders and developers to create business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our institutional sales. Training will be provided to help the candidate succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate builders, developers, and senior officers to access project databases.
• Identify and explore bulk sales opportunities for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture in housing projects.
• Drive sales efforts through direct interaction with builders and project stakeholders.
• Leverage existing project relationships and identify new prospects for business expansion.
• Engage in extensive city travel, meeting clients and promoting our products.
• Achieve sales targets and drive growth through proactive lead generation and closing deals.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, furniture retail, or home interiors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-starter with a go-getter attitude, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new business environments.
• Pleasing personality and proven track record in sales.
• Must own a two-wheeler for city travel and meeting clients.
