Back Office Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• High level of knowledge and experience with Excel Advance Excel
  
• Ability to prepare Bills, invoices, Purchase orders and Contracts
  
• Ability to document, organise and keep records in highly organised manner
  
• Ability to schedule and assign administrative projects and expediting work results.
  
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  

Qualifications & Experience :

• Graduate/Under Graduate with relevant prior experience as Back office executive in Interior or real estate background
  
• Proficient with Excel
  
• Good with numbers and formulas
  
• Experience of 8-10 years in the similar profile.
  
• Preferably living close to Tardeo.
