Requirements- Currently Pursuing or recently finished a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Strong problem and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of Recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with HRMS Software.
