Security Officer cum Fire Officer

Role & responsibilities:

• Security Operations:

1. Monitor and supervise daily security operations to ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and premises.
2. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
3. Coordinate and oversee access control systems, including visitor management and ID checks.
4. Respond to and investigate security incidents, alarms, or emergencies promptly.

• Safety Management:

1. Conduct regular safety inspections of the premises to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
2. Enforce compliance with workplace safety standards and regulations.
3. Organize safety drills (e.g., fire, evacuation) and ensure employees are well-prepared for emergencies.
4. Maintain safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, first-aid kits) and ensure proper functionality.

• Surveillance & Reporting:

1. Oversee the use of surveillance systems (CCTV) to monitor activities and detect suspicious behavior.
2. Maintain logs and records of incidents, inspections, and security activities.
3. Prepare detailed reports for management on security or safety issues and incidents.
