Security Officer

Principal Task:The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secureenvironment for staff, visitors, and property

This role involves monitoringpremises, enforcing rules and regulations, and responding to incidents as theyarise

Key Responsibilities: To ensure 00% deployment at site with the right talent and reduceattrition

To ensure cent statutory and audit compliance Judicious deployment of medically fit, experienced and quality (contract)security supervisor, Gunman and Guards as per requirement and keeping inview the financial implications

Policy on mobile restriction to be implemented via strict checking at gate

Lists of those authorized to be maintained To ensure Restriction on loitering, safe keeping of records and files, timely /advance intimation of leave by security staff, timely arrival for work, anduse of exit pass

JOB DESCRIPTION To ensure that all scrap is removed post approval of concerned dept

andthat ensuring of guard at the time of weighing and loading activities

Propergate pass will be required for further outward movement

To carry out surprise night checking of plant security personnel andpremises

To ensure S0Ps related to security departments are being followed in letterand spirit

To ensure all registers and records maintained by security personnel at themain gate are always updated and maintained

To ensure proper frisking at the main gate for mobile phones, tobaccoproducts, company property or any other unwanted foreign object, bothduring entry and exit from plant premises

To extend all possible support administratively and operationally throughsecurity and related fields during companies cultural & socials events

Tofurther ensure safe and smooth conducting of events while practicingcrowd and movement control, traffic, fire & safety, ambulance etc To monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security

To respond to incidents and emergencies promptly

To conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds

To prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities

To collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed

To assist in the development and implementation of security protocols

To provide excellent customer service to all visitors and staff

To participate in training sessions and drills to enhance security awareness

To keep a track of general activities within the plant

To develop contacts within the factory premises for relevant feedback

JOB DESCRIPTIONQualifications: Bachelors in any field, further education in criminal justice or related fieldpreferred

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is aplus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure

Proficient in using security systems and technology

Valid security license (if in procession of a weapon)

Working Conditions: May require standing or walking for extended periods

Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Possible exposure to adverse weather conditions
