Job Description
Responsibilities and Impact:
- Conduct thorough research on car prices and specifications from OEM websites.
- Capture and input data accurately into our internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in automotive technology and pricing.
- Perform ongoing internet-based research on current and future model releases
- Aggregate relevant vehicle updates & releases from various sources such as brand websites, press & marketing materials, authorities information.
- Capture automotive prices and specifications based on S&P Global standards and classifications.
- Maintain data quality in terms of accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in line with relevant business guidelines
- Integrate automotive price and specification data with additional data repositories such as vehicle registrations actuals and forecasts
- Support corresponding teams such as sales, product management and customer service for customer inquiries and product development
- 2 years of secondary research experience, preferably in automotive sector
- Strong passion for and understanding of the automotive industry
- Extensive mechanical / technical knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong focus on data accuracy and detail.
- English language proficiency is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new technologies, including AI.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
