Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing and on boarding a vendor.
- Request quotations, negotiations and closing contracts within TAT.
- Responsible to receive verification on time and monitor vendor performance.
- VMA will check for the location and vendor availability.
- Submission of MIS to Supervisor/Management on requirement
- Invoicing and validating the billing of vendors.
- Meet with suitable vendors to assess their services, inquire about their services, negotiate price and communicate any service-related concerns.
- Monitor vendors to ensure compliance with company
policies.
- Conduct vendor audits online as we'll as physical audits [Process & Information Security]
- Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of Excel, Word & Emails is must.
- Evaluate vendor due diligence.
- Should have problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of Agreements/Contracts
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent in MS-Office. we'll-versed in MS-Excel.
- Ability to manage Service Vendors.
