Manage and deliver client engagements, ensuring quality and value addition.
Train and mentor entry-level professionals in IAM concepts.
Take charge of project services and incidents as an escalation point while collaborating on multiple IAM projects, ensuring they meet business needs.
Conduct research to address customer challenges effectively using knowledge of competitive solutions in SailPoint
Assist Business Analysts in documenting detailed functional and technical requirements.
Architect the solutions and troubleshoot any issues that arise, while ensuring timely, high-quality client service, and effective coordination of the consulting work plan and deliverables.

3-5 years of experience with SailPoint implementations with client faced experience, in complex and diverse customer environments
Crafted technical solutions by installing, integrating, and deploying identity management, access management, and access governance tools into existing client setups
Managed projects throughout the SDLC, showcasing leadership and adaptability
Thriving in dynamic settings, excelling independently while aligning with evolving business needs
Demonstrated expertise in implementing SailPoint solutions, engaging with clients in complex environments
Thorough knowledge and implementation experience of IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFA platforms
Adaptability to new technologies/tools as per business requirements, including upcoming IDM tools
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like Python, Java, and PowerShell will be an added advantage
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
