Follow proper protocols for storing, transporting, and managing collected samples.
Ensure timely and secure transfer of samples from home collections to the laboratory.
Maintain adherence to safety and hygiene standards to prevent contamination.
Documentation and Record KeepingAccurately maintain patient records, including test details and results.
Complete and submit necessary proofs and updates to the team promptly.
Comply with standard operating procedures and infection control policies.
Assist in managing inventory supplies like vacutainers and syringes.
Compliance and EthicsFollow all ethical standards and confidentiality agreements regarding patient data.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines as per medical standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience of at least 1 year in phlebotomy.
Expertise in using vacutainer needles for blood sample collection.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control practices.
Ability to work with patients of all ages compassionately.
Willingness and ability to travel for home collection visits.
