- As a core member of the team, you will play a key role in designing web experiences & marketing campaigns.
- What you should be strong at Visualizing & conveying concepts - designing necessary icons, illustrations, animations, & user experiences that gets the message across.
- You should be the one advising the team on how to visualize & bring a concept to life, rather than relying on detailed briefs.
- Managing projects - Collaborating with different stakeholders to lay out plan, finalize timelines, identify dependencies, & ensure projects are delivered within timelines.
- Creating high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- As a marketing centric designer, you possess a deep understanding of the broader context of marketing.
- Your expertise in design not only contributes to the aesthetic appeal but also aligns with and enhances our overall marketing strategy and goals, bringing a creative vision that drives impactful results.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 3-4+ years of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Knowledge and understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Sound understanding of design systems and their role in ensuring consistency and scalability
- Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think creatively.
- Knowledge about Midjourney is a plus.
