Responsibilities and Impact:

Act as Servant Leader: Lead an Agile team by embodying servant leadership principles.

Educate Agile Teams: Maximize efficiencies and performance through Scaled Agile practices and values; coach teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.

Value Delivery: Guide Agile teams to consistently deliver customer value while managing risks, mitigating impediments, and negotiating dependencies within and across teams.

Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Refinement sessions, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Collaboration with Product Owners: Ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by every member of the Agile team.

Communication and Transparency: Establish and maintain open and clear lines of team communication to facilitate progress transparency.

Increase Effectiveness: Work with peer Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Agile Coaches to enhance the effectiveness of Scaled Agile practices.
What We re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:

5+ years experience with a bachelors/masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Experience in leading teams as a Scrum Master within a Scaled Agile Framework.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks.
