Procurement Operation Agent

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Facilitate Procurement process to ensure correct and efficient transaction flow of internal orders (processing POs for the client)
• Guidance Stakeholders and Buyers on proper procurement process
• Develop client relationships and guide client employees on the next steps
• Ensure company business controls are adhered to and facilitate a defined system of transparency client established criteria and policies are followed.
• Ensure that operational processes and program meets agreed upon customer expectations;
• Work with global delivery team in terms of reporting and client challenges
• Effectively interface with internal stakeholders and procurement buyers
• Meeting targets as per SLA & adherence to process Compliance; Reporting
• Invoicing and communication with AR and AP internal teams
• Quote creation a review of incoming data input

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong Attention to Detail - Ability to manage procurement processes with a high level of accuracy
• Proven track record in operations, specifically in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Invoice Processing experience is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong critical thinking and analyticial thinking abilities to resolve procurement challenges and issues
• Strong understanding of the EMEA market
• Fluent in English, any additional European languages is a plus
