Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership
   
• Lead and manage software development projects from concept to deployment.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices and coding standards.
2. Team Management
   
• Supervise and mentor a team of software developers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
3. Technical Expertise
   
• Act as the technical authority for the team, providing guidance and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Review and approve code, ensuring maintainability, security, and performance.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects where applicable.
4. Collaboration and Communication
   
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Communicate progress, risks, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders.
5. Process Improvement
   
• Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and methodologies.
• Implement best practices in Agile, DevOps, and other relevant workflows.
