10+ Years - Scrum Master For 7 years (from Development Background)

• 10+ years of overall experience with a Development Background with 7+ years of experience as Scrum Master
• Extensive experience in business and data analysis within financial services, showing strong analytical skills and clear problem solving with the ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
• Performing the Scrum Master role with a deep understanding of delivering change
• Prior Development Experience is a MUST
• Proven experience in problem-solving and working to tight deadlines, whilst achieving good-quality outputs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to interact with senior stakeholders
• Structured, organized, and results-oriented approach, demonstrating a high level of diligence and attention to detail and the ability to ensure high quality and consistency in the deliverables produced
• In-depth understanding of the global regulatory environment.
• Strong generalist regulatory experience from within the financial services industry
• A working knowledge of agile methods and proficiency in utilizing development productivity tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
