Position in this function needs to work as Scrum Master for the PBM Applications by Consulting with Business, Subject Master Experts, users to evaluate business requirements, evaluate existing or proposed systems, and prepare user stories which can facilitate for detailed technical design solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• Translating product managers' strategies to tasks for development
• Learning the market and customers' needs
• Serving as a liaison between product and development
• Staying accessible to development to answer questions
• Defining the vision
• Product backlog management
• Prioritizing needs
• Overseeing development stages
• Anticipating client needs
• Acting as primary liaison
• Evaluating product progress at each iteration
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles
• Database knowledge
• Understanding of business value around feature/functions
• Demonstrated outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs
