Account Executive

Profile Summary

The main goal of this role is to help internal leaders with fixed assets accounting and asset

management, financial reporting, accounting research and analysis, statutory and regulatory

reporting, and data security. As part of the team, you'll assist with monthly closings, financial

analysis, oversight and management of controls and compliance, tax and cash projections and data security.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Implements financial and accounting best practices and oversees critical accounting

procedures to ensure legal compliance with financial reporting and banking regulations at
the local, state, and federal level.

• Maintains and revises accounting systems as needed
• Reviews financial reports and advises corrective action accordingly
• Collects and analyses data to prepare financial forecasts and suggest strategies to address

challenges and leverage strengths

• Analyses revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets to optimize profitability and

transparency

• Assists and supports upper-level management to ensure sound financial decision-making that is in the long-term best interest of the organizational mission
• Reviews and processes payments made to clients, vendors, and other business partners
• Looks for ways to cut costs without impairing the long-term financial health of the organization
• Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and

company documents

• Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, banker,s and statutory organisations

Knowledge & Skills

• Education: Master'ss degree
• Experience: 2+ Years
• Knowledge of Tally, Invoicing and accounting.
• Hands-on at payroll, GST, PF, ESI, LWF and other statutory compliance
• Good communication (written & verbal)
• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good multitasking and organizational skills
• Financial modelling skills
