Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives.

- Drive growth and profitability through innovative business development strategies.

- Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

Financial Management:

- Full P&L responsibility, managing the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Ensure the financial health of the company by implementing sound financial practices.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee production, quality control, supply chain management, and R&D operations.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

- Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing executive team.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Customer and Market Focus:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience in the dietary supplement or related industry.

- Proven track record of driving strategic growth and achieving financial objectives.

- Strong understanding of the dietary supplement market, including regulatory requirements and quality standards.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
